Portrait of Dr. David W. Edelman, chief of staff of Cedars of Lebanon Hospital (formerly known as Kaspare Cohn Hospital) and son of Rabbi Abraham Edelman, the first rabbi who settle in Los Angeles. Dr. Edelman is photographed from the chest up in profile, his body facing slightly left as he gazes directly at the camera. He wears glasses and a dark three-piece suit and tie with a light-colored pocket square in his right suit pocket. His hair is short and thinning and he sports a light toothbrush moustache and goatee.
